5. Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and requires approval from our support team. Partial refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to our discretion.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of an active subscription after cancellation.

7. Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may suspend or terminate your account. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues before pursuing a chargeback.

8. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for requests made after the 7-day period. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for subscription renewals, prorated periods, or for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
